Allevyn Skin Tear Kit is a simple but effective tool to help with treatment standardisation and to help implemenation of evidence based principles. It encourages clinicians to assess and manage skin tears effectvely.

Convenient and portable, Allevyn Skin Tear Kit contains a skin tear assessment tool - the iSTAP guideline together with sterile tools including an ALLEVYN silicone dressing that can be left in place for up to 7 days, while maintaining the optimal balance in fluid for moist wound healing.
